Should you need to separate it from the two accounts we have for HEALTH BOARD TERVISEAMET (members 23124 and 24006 for communicable diseases), please fill in the 2024 registration form (as I need the address, VAT, etc.). Please complete it electronically in the word document.
When you select one round only out of several rounds conducted for a programme, check in the catalogue the matrix, parameters and dates to select the suitable distribution(s).
