Swedish Comments to ICAO State Letter AN 7/62.1.5, AN 7/66.1.2-23/67 In relation to Initial Proposal 1 to Annex 10 Volume I, Sweden agrees with the following comments.
• Section 3.4.1.1.1: Sweden concurs with the classification of ARAIM service type B as reserved. Note 3 can be a source of misunderstanding as it included capabilities (Category I precision approach) that are not demonstrated yet. It is proposed to remove Note 3.
• Section 3.4.1.2.1.3.1: It is understood that the repeat interval refers to “maximum repeat interval”. It is proposed to add this clarification in this paragraph.
• Section 3.4.1.3.3.3: Default ISD Table. The value for Pconst, default for Galileo should read 2 x 10-4 only, e.g., the per hour, /h, should be deleted, in line with Table D-3, to represent a probability and not a rate.
In relation to Initial Proposals 2 – 9 to Annex 10 Volume I, Sweden agrees without comments. In relation to Initial Proposal 10 to Annex 10 Volume V, Sweden agrees without comments.
