Dear Colleagues, We want to invite you to the next EFA-Round-table in June in Munich. As part of our main topic "Challenges of Climate Change" the next EFA Round table will focus on FOREST FIREs. The scope of the meeting is to get an overview and best practice/lessons learned from examples in Austria and Australia and to review the newest methods of forest fire fighting. The second day is dedicated to an up-date regarding Hydrogene and Ammoniak Incidences . The agenda of the meeting will be coordinated by our P resident Wolfgang Schäuble and our Belgian EFA Vice-President Gert van Bortel, Global Head

Schwabing. The meeting starts on Thursday 27.6. at 12.30h and ends Friday 28.6. at 12.30h. The conference fee will be 60 Euro (only conference) The whole package (conference fee, accomodation and common dinner) costs 190 Euro (If you want to come, but there are budget problems, don't fear to contact us - we look for solutions) We would be happy to meet you (again) in June in Munich. The European Academy of Fire protection (EFA) is a platforme and a network of leading experts interested in

fire prevention, rescue services and civil protection from different European countries. In our Round -tables chief executives of Fire Brigades, Civil Protection organisations but also from insurance companies, burn victimes

foundations, industry and public administration share best practice experiences and discuss new developments.

We are not a lobby-organisation but an independent open forum, a platforme. We organize normaly 2 Round - tables a year. We are organized under German law and recognized as a non-profit organisation. President is Wolfgang Schäuble (Fire-brigade Munich) Vice-Presidents are Gert van Bortel (BASF International) and Robert Stocker (Austria) Honorary chairmen are Ortwin Neuschwander and Albrecht Broemme (former president of THW)
