Concerning TB Charlie/ 4th Annual Survey.

Kindly ask You to advice possibility to attend our vessel for carry out Annual inspection in a scope that indicated in Your letter below.

I would like to offer you an inspection date of May 15-16. On the same dates, I invited the HansaEl company to conduct a Radio Survey.

I'm waiting for your answer.

The next dry dock time window for tugboat Charlie (IMO 8033716) is after 4th annual survey and before renewal survey and not later than 18.05.2025 as maximum 36 month is allowed between consecutive dry docks (last dry dock was in 18.05.2022).

 

Next is 4th annual inspection between 15.05.2024 – 15.11.2024.

 

Scope of annual inspection is shortly:

1. 1. documents of ship and crew,

2. 2. general condition of ship machinery and navigational equipment

3. 3. fire and safety equipment

4. 4. environmental regulations

5. 5. cargo and mooring gear

6. 6. as ship has International Load Line Certificate then survey according to the International Load Line Convention as stability and hull condition

 

Scope of dry dock inspection is shortly about defects and damages in:

1. 1. bottom survey (may include thickness measurements and may include measurements of decks and bulkheads also)

2. 2. rudder and propulsion condition (thruster also if present)

3. 3. ship construction details

4. 4. coating

5. 5. anodes
