I would like to express sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the World Law Congress, which will take place in Santo Domingo on l0-12 March 2025.I would also like to thank you for the opportunity to lead and organise a panel discussion on a topic of my area of interest. Regrettably, due to many work-related and prior commitments I am unable to take this opportunity. However, I have been in contact with professor Rainer Amold who has invited me to participate in one of his panels and I have gladly accepted his offer. Accordingly, I am still able to contribute to the discussions taking place at the Congress.
