Could you, please, help me understand how does white sugar (57-50-1) work as a solvent in pipe tobacco composition, please?

The marketing research studies that have been presented with the above submissions do not include any pipe tobacco related market research.

Would you be able to upload the latest market research regarding pipe tobacco, please.

Please, note, the indication whether the REACH registration number is available for ingredients is also required under §10 (1) point 1 of the Tobacco Act.
