LETTER OF SUPPORT
The Ministry of the Interior supports the planned activities and the implementation of the
project DeStalk 2.0 - A crosscutting strategy for detecting and removing stalkerware in intima te relationships.
This project is submitted for funding under the Call for Proposals to prevent and combat gender- based violence and violence against children - CERV-2024-DAPHNE by a multisectora l
European consortium coordinated by Fundación Blanquerna (Ramon Llull University) in Barcelona.
The objective of DeStalk 2.0 is to enable critical actors and stakeholders all over Europe to address gender-based violence perpetrated in new forms and via new tools through the cyber
environment and devices to foster safety and security within online and physical spaces of intimate relationships. The prevention and reduction of violence is one of the main objectives of the Republic of
Estonia. We believe the DeStalk 2.0 project could contribute to the goals we share and address in our strategies and actions.
