Response to application for ATO certificate
confirmation/ EE-ATO-005
Dear Mr Ceabei
Estonian Transport Administration confirms that Swan Fly Estonia OÜ has been issued with an
Approved Training Organisation (ATO) certificate number EE/ATO/005 which is issued pursuant
to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 with the privilege to provide Part-FCL training
courses, including the use of FSTDs, as listed in the training course approval attached to the
certificate. All training courses are applicable for the issue of the relevant rating or certificate and
form the basis of the renewal of these ratings or certificates. The ATO certificate is enclosed.
Swan Fly Estonia ATO certificate has never been limited, suspended or revoked.
