Dear General, We are delighted to inform you that the Czech Republic will host the 15th biennial defence and security forum, exhibition and networking within the FUTURE FORCES FORUM (FFF), taking place in Prague in the week of 14 – 18 October 2024. Prague has been a long-time hub for international defence and security community networking within the FFF events, regularly hosting national delegations from over 60 countries and it is our pleasure to cordially invite you and representatives of the Estonian Armed Forces to join this unique event. The forum is organised under the auspices of the Czech Prime Minister, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of the Interior and in close cooperation with armed and security forces, NATO structures, European Defence Agency and other relevant authorities. The preliminary schedule and program can be found in the annex. The program addresses the latest trends and needs in the defence and security area and helps to achieve the much sought-after interoperability within Multi-Domain Operations environment. Furthermore, it is important platform supporting cooperation of partner countries, international organizations, law enforcement and other security forces, the private sector, R&D, and academia across the globe. Interoperability and multinational cooperation are the key to the success of future operations. Based on the previous successful editions, we are convinced that participation in the FFF 2024 will serve as an excellent opportunity to gain, as well as to share information about new trends and approaches, identified capability gaps, to network with counterparts and to review the latest products and services in defence and security field. We trust this invitation will be of interest to you, your colleagues and subordinate organizations. If so, please let us know the contact person with whom we can share further information and plan the Armed Forces delegation participation. We are ready to immediately start planning involvement in the FFF 2024 events and visit of the Czech Republic in order to maximize benefits from the participation. Annex: FUTURE FORCES FORUM 2024 – Basic Organizational Matters and Contact The organizers guarantee you the VIP Status. Other members of the national delegation will be granted a VIP or Official Delegate Status according to their rank/position, with corresponding services and support.

VIP STATUS Covers at Least the Following Services:

2 nights complimentary in a 4* hotel in Prague for the head of the delegation, beneficial prices of accommodation for other members of the delegation, daily transfers between the hotel and the event venue, invitation to the FFF Party (informal banquet and networking evening) on Wed 16 Oct., access to the exhibition and all FFF expert panels, access to the FFF VIP Lounge (lunch, beverages). ▪ VIP status for all speakers within the FFF expert panels – Please feel free to nominate relevant MoD or Armed Forces representatives who might be interested in giving a speech within the expert panels according to the topics in your scope of interest (preliminary program can be found below). Participation as audience is also very much welcome.

SUGGESTED PROGRAM in the Czech Republic and at the FFF 2024:

There are 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Czech Republic and its capital Prague is listed among one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We will provide the official delegation with full support in terms of fulfilling professional matters and enjoying the stay.

1) We suggest the following schedule for delegates participating in the Future Air Force Conference or in the LEA-DER Conference starting on Tue 15 Oct.:

- Monday 14 October – Arrival to Prague, accommodation, individual program (bilateral meetings, sightseeing, leisure day)

- Tuesday 15 October – Participation in the conference program

- Further program should be according to the below given schedule of events starting on Wed 16 Oct.

- Wednesday 16 October – FFF 2024 Official opening ceremony, conference program, exhibition tour and networking. Meals and beverages ensured in the VIP Lounge. Evening FFF Party.

- Thursday 17 October – FFF conference program, exhibition tour, networking, bilateral meetings

- Friday 18 October – FFF conference program, exhibition tour, networking, individual program, bilateral meetings, sightseeing / Departure
