Dear Heliko,
I hope this message finds You well. National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) is currently conducting an analysis of heating prices for the 2023-2024 season. In order to carry out this study effectively, we kindly seek your assistance in providing information on the average prices of centralized heating during the last heating season (October to April) for the five largest cities in Estonia.
If possible, we would greatly appreciate receiving the data broken down by individual months, as well as the overall average prices for the entire season. This data will be crucial for our comparative analysis, as we are examining the average centralized heating prices in the five largest cities across three Baltic countries.
Additionally, we would be grateful if you could provide us with the average national price for centralized heating during the last heating season.
