Yes, we accept PIF and CPSR in english.
Concerning labelling ingredients on the label have to be in INCI.
Language labelling reguirements are in cosmetic regulation art.19 p.5. -mentioned points have to be on the estonian language sticker.

In relation to regulatory compliance, I would like to know if the PIF and CPSR of a cosmetic product being launched in your country can be written in English language? Of course, respecting the language of the label as per art. 19 of 1223/2009.
