Lugupeetud tervishoiuteenuse osutaja
Teavitame tervishoiuteenuse osutajaid, et 2024 aasta teisel poolel on plaanis ohuennetuse eesmärgil kontrollida riikliku järelevalvemenetluse raames tervishoiuteenuse osutajad, kellele oli väljastatud tegevusluba „mittekirurgiline esteetilise meditsiini teenus“ osutamiseks.
Terviseamet juhib tähelepanu, et tegevusluba „mittekirurgilise esteetilise meditsiini teenuse“ osutamiseks väljastatakse vastavad koolitused läbinud eriarstile. Arstil on kohustus patsiendile teostatud tervishoiuteenus, sh mittekirurgilise esteetilise meditsiini protseduurid, dokumenteerida ning edastada tervise infosüsteemi.
Riikliku järelevalvemenetluse alustamisel võtab inspektor Teiega ühendust.
