I regret that you have not received any answer to your previous requests. Unfortunately, your e- mails have not reached either me or our Information System Authority.

In Estonia, a national solution of digital mail has been developed and is in use for sending notifications and important information from authorities to private persons and companies who have been given a national identification code. All the persons and companies also have a national digital mailbox which they can reach at the State Portal eesti.ee. A new, advanced solution is under development. For further information, please contact Mr Asso Kasuk, the product owner of the Mailbox who works with the State Portal Unit of the Personal Services Department at the Information System Authority. Asso’s address is in the CC-line and I also encourage him to contact you himself at the earliest possible time.
