GLOBAL SYMPOSIUM FOR REGULATORS 2024 IN UGANDA
1 have the honor to present my compliments and to address you on the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Giobal Symposium of Regulators, which the Government of Uganda will host from July 1 — 4, 2024 at the Speke Resort Convention Centre, Munyonyo, Uganda.
The GSR-24 is a premier gathering that brings together regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from around the world to discuss the evolving challenges and opportunities in the telecommunications and ICT sectors.
This year’s symposium will focus uniquely on the cross-sectoral aspects of regulation, recognizing the interconnected nature of today’s industries and markets. With an expected attendance of over 1,000 dignitaries from around the giobe, we encourage you to extend this invitation to colleagues from related regulatory bodies in sectors such as banking and trade in your country. This will foster a comprehensive dialogue on collaborative regulation, ensuring a holistic approach to addressing contemporary challenges.
