SUBJECT: Requesting telegraphic coordination address for PASSEX.
The Spanish Defence, Military, Naval and Air Attaché accredited to Estonia presents its compliments to the International Cooperation Department and has the honor to inform that the Spanish Naval Group DEDALO will be deployed in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea during the next months reinforcing NATO's naval presence in these area and contributing to its policy of deterrence and defense.
In order that the DEDALO Naval Group can carry out PASSEX naval exercises with ships of the Estonian Navy, I kindly request you to provide me with a telegraphic SACOMAR/HERMES (alternative BICEA) address where the Spanish Naval Authorities can send the PASSEX request and coordinate directly with the Estonian Naval Authorities the details of execution.
