WG FM#106 was held on 12-16 February 2024 in Thessaloniki, Greece. WG FM approved the following draft ECC deliverables for public consultation:

• * Draft ECC Report 357: “Regulatory analyses of satellite use in the band 862-870 MHz to communicate with terrestrial SRD”

In accordance with the ECC Working Methods, we now launch the period of 2 weeks consultation with administrations. If you have any objection to proceed to the public consultation stage for the above ECC deliverables, please notify Mr. Robin Donoghue ([email protected]) by Wednesday 6 March 2024  stating the reasons for your objection.

Provided no objections are received, the Public Consultation for the above draft ECC deliverables will commence on Thursday 7 March 2024 and end on Thursday 18 April 2024.

During the Public Consultation period, comments to the content of the above ECC deliverables may be provided by CEPT administrations and any other interested parties.
