WG SE#95 was held on 29 January - 2 February 2024 at ECO in Copenhagen. WG SE approved the following draft ECC deliverables for public consultation:

• Draft ECC Report 355: “Measurement-based compatibility studies assessing interference from Very Low Power (VLP) Wireless Access Systems including Radio Local Area Networks (WAS/RLAN) operating in 5945-6425 MHz to Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) systems operating in 5915-5935 MHz”

• Draft ECC Report 356: “Technical analysis to support the ECC Recommendation on receiver resilience to transmission on adjacent frequency ranges”

In accordance with the ECC Working Methods, we now launch the period of 2 weeks consultation with administrations. If you have any objection to proceed to the public consultation stage for the above ECC deliverables, please notify Mr. Zeljko Tabakovic ([email protected]) by Monday 19 February 2024  stating the reasons for your objection.

Provided no objections are received, the Public Consultation for the above draft ECC deliverables will commence on Tuesday 20 February 2024 and end on 2 April 2024.

During the Public Consultation period, comments to the content of the above ECC deliverables may be provided by CEPT administrations and any other interested parties.
