Opinion from 15.02.2024 (Estonia-

Latvia)

Dear Ms. de Buggenoms

As per your request, here are some additional confirmations regarding the Annual Control

Report and Opinion for European Territorial Cooperation Programme Interreg V-A Estonia-

Latvia (CCI No: 2014TC16RFCB050).

As the Audit Authority, we confirm that:

• As per the information from the accounts and the electronic monitoring system,

the compliance with Article 129 of the CPR is respected (i.e., the amount of

public expenditure paid to beneficiaries is at least equal to the contribution from

the Funds paid by the Commission).

• As per the information from system audit works and the electronic monitoring

system, the data on indicators, specifically the aggregated data for whole period

reported to the Commission are correct.

• As per the information from the accounts and the electronic monitoring system,

there are no outstanding financial corrections or issues resulting from the controls

and audits.

• As per from reports from the Managing Authority and the electronic monitoring

system, all projects have been finalized.
