Thank you for the contract. A couple of quick questions regarding it:

1. How transaction (SMS and robot call) costs should be handled in conjunction with the agreement as currently only the license prices were included in the contract? Shall we make a separate agreement with the customer in question regarding it or should there be an amendment like we did with the earlier frame agreement? How about if a customer requests e.g. separate integration work, shall that be handled separately between the customer in question and it is out-of-scope of this main frame agreement?

2. Should our offer document be included as part of the agreement as one of the attachments to clarify the scope and possible additional services or is it enough that it was part of the procurement process?
