Following the XIXth Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts
(CECC), that took place in Chișinău, on 22-23 May 2024, according to the decision of
the Circle of Presidents, the presidency of the Conference of European Constitutional
Courts has been handed over to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania.
I seize this opportunity to wish the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania
great success and dedication in auspiciously fulfilling the duties of this responsible
position.
On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova and on my personal
behalf, I would like to express my profound gratitude for your support, the fruitful
judicial dialogue, as well as the kind cooperation that we established during the mandate
of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova as the court presiding over the
CECC.
