Dear Minister!
On behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and on my own behalf,
I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to you and to the people of the
Republic of Estonia on the national holiday – the Independence Day of Estonia!
We highly appreciate the friendly relations between our nations and the
unprecedented support provided by the Republic of Estonia in Ukraine's struggle for
freedom, independence and territorial integrity.
I believe that our cooperation will strengthen and we will protect not only our
independence but also the borders of the democratic world by our common efforts.
