Save-the-date Invitation from the Swiss Federal Supreme Court on the occasion of its 150th anniversary

Mrs President, Mr President,

In 1875, the Swiss Federal Supreme Court became a permanent court when its

jurisdiction was extended by the Federal Constitution of 29 May 1874. The year 2025 will therefore mark the 150th anniversary of this event.

We are delighted to announce that the official 150th anniversary ceremony of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and a symposium will be held on 15 and 16 May 2025 in Lausanne.

We would be very honoured if you could attend and invite you to reserve these dates in advance. The personal invitation and the programme will be sent to you at a later date.

If there is a change of President in 2025, we would be very grateful if you could pass on this invitation to your successor.
