I hope you could help me find the right person to address this inquiry.
We have been asked by our Ministry of Foreign Affairs to consult about the following:
Under what conditions are foreigners (natural persons, legal persons, foreign states) allowed to acquire ownership of properties (land, agricultural land, buildings)?
As I understand, this could fall under your area of responsibilites, therefore, I would like to ask for a brief explanation on the matter, if possible along with links to the respective legislation.
I have found the following, that could be related, however, I am sure, there could be more to the issue:
