Following up on the message below, we wish to inform you that the online consultation on the fourteenth EHTF meeting working documents is closed. Thank you very much for your contributions.
The documents, with the feedback incorporated in both English and Russian, are available on the EHP SharePoint website (https://worldhealthorg.sharepoint.com/sites/ws-EEHP) and attached to this message for your reference. In addition to these documents, please be informed that the revised agenda, provisional programme, and list of documents are also available.
We would like to thank Member States who sent their nominations to serve in the Bureau. These nominations will be presented to the EHTF for a decision.
Furthermore, I am very pleased to inform you that the City of Utrecht is warmly inviting the EHTF meeting participants to the City Safari on Tuesday, 25 June from 16:30 to 18:00. We will gather at Space to Create (Utrecht Central Station) between 16:00 and 16:30 for a welcoming tea and coffee. The excursion will begin at 16:30 with a brief introduction, followed by a guided Safari by Inge Janssen and Birgit Cannegieter. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the city's green and blue interventions for health and climate resilience, learn about the new walking policy, and visit one of the world's largest bicycle parking lots.
Directions to find the Space to Create ,Utrecht: Walk outside the station (direction centre of the city). You will see a big open space with ‘flying saucers’ above. Turn to the right. The entrance of the meeting room is behind the big red chair (second floor).

Документы с включенными в них замечаниями и предложениями на английском и русском языках размещены и доступны на веб-сайте ЕПОСЗ SharePoint (https://worldhealthorg.sharepoint.com/sites/ws-EEHP) и прилагаются к настоящему письму для вашего сведения. Также сообщаем, что кроме этих документов готовы пересмотренная повестка дня, предварительная программа и список документов.
Мы хотели бы поблагодарить государства-члены, приславшие выдвинутые ими кандидатуры членов Коллегии. Эти кандидатуры будут представлены на рассмотрение ЦГОСЗ для принятия решения.
Кроме того, мне очень приятно сообщить, что город Утрехт любезно приглашает участников совещания ЦГОСЗ на экскурсию "Городское сафари", которая будет проведена во вторник 25 июня с 16:30 до 18:00. Мы соберемся на "Пространстве для творчества" (Центральный вокзал Утрехта) между 16:00 и 16: 30 за приветственной чашкой чая или кофе. Экскурсия начнется в 16:30 с краткого вступления, за которым последует сафари с проводниками Inge Janssen и Birgit Cannegieter. У участников будет возможность познакомиться с принятыми в городе мерами по развитию зеленых и голубых зон для укрепления здоровья горожан и повышения климатоустойчивости города, узнать о новой политике города в отношении ходьбы пешком и посетить одну из самых больших в мире велосипедных стоянок.

The Task Force consists of officially nominated focal points from all WHO European Member States and representatives of the stakeholders. The list of EHTF members is available for your review on the WHO
public web site. We kindly ask you to review it and inform us if any changes
are needed.
The meeting aims to discuss progress made to date in the follow-up to the Budapest Conference, as well as the activities and key milestones to be achieved by the EHP in implementing the commitments from the Budapest Declaration in the 2024-2025 biennium and beyond.
For further information, please see the scope and purpose and the provisional agenda for the meeting attached.
The remaining working documents will be sent by email and will be uploaded to the EHP SharePoint website (https://worldhealthorg.sharepoint.com/sites/ws-EEHP/default.aspx).
The meeting will be held in English with simultaneous translation into Russian.
Please complete registration as soon as possible, no later than Monday, 17 June 2024. The registration form is available here: https://forms.office.com/e/NpKWJWm8mE. Kindly note that registering on time is crucial. RIVM will organize catering and set-up the meeting room based on this information.
Financial support for travel and subsistence is available for the focal points from a limited number of Member States. The Secretariat will contact eligible EHTF members directly. Please register on time.
A meeting of the members of the EHP Partnerships will take place in the early afternoon of 25 June 2024. In addition, RIVM has kindly organized an excursion focused on professional development in applying healthy and sustainable environment and health policies. This excursion is also scheduled to take place in the afternoon of 25 June. We will provide further information in due course. Please consider this information when planning your travel.

Есть возможность предоставить финансовую поддержку национальным координаторам из ограниченного числа государств-членов для покрытия расходов на поездку и суточных расходов. Секретариат напрямую свяжется с членами ЦГОСЗ, имеющими право на получение поддержки. Просим своевременно зарегистрироваться.
В начале второй половины дня 25 июня 2024 г. состоится совещание членов Партнерств ЕПОСЗ. Дополнительно RIVM любезно договорился о проведении тематической экскурсии, сосредоточенной на развитии профессиональных навыков применения благоприятствующих здоровью и устойчивых стратегий в области окружающей среды и здоровья. Планируется, что эта экскурсия также состоится во второй половине дня 25 июня. В свое время мы предоставим дополнительную информацию.
