Dear Ms Cipule
First of all, thank you so much for your consideration inviting Estonian participants to your
celebrations. We congratulate you on your anniversary!
As much as the Health Board would like to participate, with the event taking place in July and
on the weekend, we unfortunately cannot nominate our delegation, since all the key persons are
on holidays. However, to our knowledge a representative from the Ministry of Social Affairs,
Ms Häli Tarum, will take part in your event. Her e-mail address is [email protected] in case
you need to get in contact with her.
Again, with a heavy heart we are sorry we cannot attend your event. We hope you will have a
