The Embassy of the Peopl&s Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and has the honor to express our gratitude to Estonia for co-sponsoring the resolution titled Enhancing International Cooperation on Capacity-building ofArtUicial Intelligence proposed by China, which has been adopted by the 78th session of the UNGA on July 1 st

The adoption of the resolution reflects the extensive consensus among countries on enhancing Al capacity-building and speaks volumes about the political will of countries on bridging the Al divide through solidarity and cooperation.

China highly commends ali the member states, including Estonia, for their tremendous support for the resolution, and for their important contribution to its adoption. China will take this adopted resolution as an opporturiity to step up communication and cooperation with the international community and assist relevant countries in faster development of related capacities under the UN framework. We hope our two countries could follow up the cooperation on the resoiution in particular sustainable development, irmovation, digital transformation and other areas of mutuai interest. We welcome any proposal in this regard from the Estonian side.

The Embassy of the Peopies Republic of China in the Repubiic of Estonia avaus itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia the assurances of its highest consideration.
