Inspectorate in order to notify about the appointment
of a data protection officer.
On behalf of the Client, the representative has an authority
to submit requests and applications, to receive and submit
any original documents and copies from registers,
institutions, organisations and individuals, and to carry out
or do any other acts necessary to fulfil the assignments
given by the Client and to perform legal acts for the benefit
of the Client.
To attain the above listed objectives, the representative has
the right to take any steps it considers necessary to fulfil
the objectives specified in the Power of Attorney.
This Power of Attorney is issued with the right of
delegation to the employees of Orrick, Herrington &
Sutcliffe, LLP. This power of attorney is valid until 31
