The first option regarding translation seems to be easier and makes more sense.
However, I will not be able to do it by the 25th. I myself am working part-time (0,2) and my table is full. We managed to find a traninee to do it. She, however, lives in the other side of Estonia. Luckily I will see her tomorrow, since we have 2-day department meeting (full of meetings and workshops), and can give her the surveys. Besides that, on Monday we have a national holiday. And I will find out tomorrow whether she can start with the work on 25th. I myself have days off 25th and 26th/or 27th.

Hope you are fine!
I am reaching out regarding the ToTs held in Estonia a while ago. I remember you told me that the pre and post-surveys were collected via paper and it is time to centralize the data digitally. The most easy way to do this would be for you the register each survey in the pre and post test survey links attached below prepared for Estonia:

I made an option that allows you to type in multiple responses from the same IP without any restrictions. As such, you must input all the responses first to the pre-test survey and then to the post-test survey. Please be sure that the same people completed both pre and post-surveys. We will not take into consideration a person who completed the pre-test survey but not the post-test or vice-versa.
Regarding the language of the responses, we can do this in 2 different ways:
- 1. You can translate the responses from each respondent and fill in both surveys in English.
- 2. You could translate the surveys in Estonian and then centralize the data in Estonian (except for the open-ended questions as I will need them in English). If you decide to go with this option you will have to install an app called Poedit and translate the files attached to this e-mail by following the below instructions:

- 3. download the software appropriate for your operating system (Windows, Mac or Linux)
- 4. Open the file you downloaded and install it on your computer.
- 5. Open the translation file "translation_name of country.po" with Poedit.
- 6. You will see something like in the picture below. You will then have to click on every line of the table (the one with HTML language), and two boxes will open below: Source text and Translation. In Source text you will see is the English text that must be translated into your own language. You do the translation under Translation. You can ignore all the HTML language when you do the translation (like <div><strong>) - only translate the text. Only translate those lines that are not already translated and check the others to be correct!
- 7. Save the document and send it to me. For any inquiries please also contact me.
When the translation is ready, download the documents and send them back to me so I can incorporate them into the original surveys. In case you will need assistance with this my colleague @Catalin can help you in this process, just let us know.
I will also kindly ask you to input the responses until the 25th of June. I am requesting this because I will have my last working day at Tdh on the 28th of June and I would like to have this data gathered and analyzed until then.
