European Space Agency and the Government

1 would like to inform you that Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia
nominates Gloria Kõgel, the Space Policy Expert of the Innovation and Technology Department
of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, as the Estonian co-chair of the RPA
Board as per Article 2(3) and Annex 3(A)(1) of the agreement "Requesting Party Agreement
between the European Space Agency and the Government of the Republic of Estonia for Assistance
to National Space Projects," signed between the European Space Agency and the Government of
the Republic of Estonia in Paris on 19 October 2023.
