Ms Liisa Pakosta Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs Estonia Dear Minister Pakosta, it is my esteemed pleasure to invite you to the meeting of EU Cybersecurity Ministers which will take place on 4 September 2024 in Karpacz. The meeting is organized within the framework of one of the biggest Central and East European conferences - the 33rd Economic Forum (3-5 September, Karpacz). Every year, this most prestigious event in Poland is attended by policymakers, politicians, managers, scientists, and other world-class experts who discuss the current political and economic issues as well as the main challenges ahead. Since 2019, we have used the platform offered by the Economic Forum in Karpacz to organize a special event devoted exclusively to cybersecurity - the Cybersecurity Forum. The previous editions were extremely successful, and we would like to continue the discussion on the most relevant cybersecurity issues in Europe and beyond during this year’s 6th Cybersecurity Forum. In addition to cyber issues, it will also be an excellent opportunity to discuss the priorities of the Polish presidency in the first semester of 2025 and to establish closer cooperation within the EU, together with our friends from Ukraine and Moldova, in the field of digitalization. Therefore, it would be my greatest honor, if you would accept my invitation to the meeting of the EU Cybersecurity Ministers. Your visit to Poland will bring an invaluable contribution to the discussion on the future digital cooperation within the region. We are ready to work with your team to suggest the most meaningful engagements during and beyond the event so you can leverage them to drive your own agenda. The meeting will be followed by a private dinner (4th of September). We also offer a comfortable transfer to the venue in Karpacz from Wrocław airport and back.
