This is a friendly reminder regarding the upcoming OECD Committee on Consumer Policy (CCP) Ministerial-level meeting, which will be held on 8-9 October 2024 at the OECD Headquarters in Paris, France.
As per our previous communication, we kindly request your confirmation of your participation by sending an email to [email protected] by 9 August 2024. If you foresee needing more time beyond 9 August, please let us know as soon as possible.
We also take this opportunity to remind all delegations that we are seeking requests for any interpretation needs beyond English and French by 13 September 2024. This information will be vital for our logistical planning to ensure a smooth and inclusive meeting for all participants.
Thank you for those who have already confirmed their participation and notified us of potential delays in their response. If your delegation has not yet nominated a Head of Delegation, please do so as soon as possible. The secretariat will work with you to confirm details as you are able to provide them.
