Republic of Equatorial Guinea – Ratification of the ICSID Convention
Pursuant to Article 75 of the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, which is kept in the archives of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, I have the honor to inform you that on July 24, 2024, the Republic of Equatorial Guinea deposited its instrument of ratification of the Convention. The Convention, in accordance with Article 68(2) thereof, enters into force for the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on August 23, 2024.
