Dear Ms. Yolande Ditewig,

Thank you for your letter! We appreciate UNHCR as our partner and welcome the visit of Ms. Annika Sandlund to Estonia, especially to the meeting at the Ministry of the Interior on the

28th of August that I am delighted to host. I was informed that there will be a meeting with the same objective on Refugee Response

Plan (RRP) between UNHCR Nordic and Baltic Countries, and relevant authorities and organisations during the two days of the visit. As agreed with your Tallinn colleagues on

Wednesday, the 24th of July, my colleagues from Border Guard and Migration Policy Department will take part at the meeting organised by your colleagues on RRP. However, considering its importance, I am happy to discuss this topic as one item of the agenda during

the meeting with Ms. Sandlund on the 28th of August as well.
