The Ernbassy of the Peopies Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and with reference 10 the Embassy’s Note 91/2023 dated October 23, 2023, has the honor to state the fol}owing:
Since the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents 10 which Estonia is also a party, has entered into force for China from November 7, 2023, in order to facilitate the smooth processing of public documents with Estonian Apostilles, the esteemed Ministry is kindly requested to provide the sampies of Estonian apostille, seal and signature of cornpetent persons, as well as a briefintroduction to the verification rnethod and mechanisrn.
