POWER OF ATTORNEY

The undersigned, member of the board of directors of Mölnlycke Health Care OÜ (the “Company”), having its

registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Haabersti linnaosa, Vabaõhumuuseumi tee 4/1-67, 13522, hereby

authorises Tuuliki Murruste, as JR Business Manager Lithuania & Product Manager Baltics - OR Solutions, to

represent the Company, to sell products and participate in the tenders in Estonia and Latvia and sign on behalf of

the Company agreement and/or other documents required in connection with fulfilment of the above mentioned

mandate and to do such acts are deemed necessary or conductive in connection with the forgoing.

This power of attorney is valid up to and including the 31 December 2024 or until it is withdrawn.
