Taken into consideration that the source of financing has changed after the signing of the procurement contract nr 3-3/3015 (hereafter contract) parties hereby agree upon the following:

1. The remainder of the costs under the contract shall be financed from BMVI - Instrument

for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy

project„Piirikontrolliseadmete uuendamine“ that is jointly financed by the European Union

and Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Estonia“.

2. The invoice submitted in accordance with point 5.4 of the contract shall refer to the external

funding project “BMVI - Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and

Visa Policy project „Piirikontrolliseadmete uuendamine“.

3. The remainder of the contract remains unchanged.
