1.The submission fee itself is 5000 EUR per product. There is also described, that checking the potential harm of one ingredient – the fee is 240 EUR.
Please described, will all the ingredients will be overviewed each time when submitting? For example glycerin, which is ingredient in all the liquids produced.
There is said, that mainly ingredients which may be toxic will be reviewed. Will the 240 EUR be paid for each ingredient, even when the ingredient is like glycerin or distilled water?

2. There is also said, that the emission assessment is 965 EUR. This is for one liquid, correct? Not for all the ingredients.

3. There is said, that the fees must be paid for companies, who produce tobacco products or import them. If we are the manufacture in China, can we still notify the products by paying the fee? 

4. The annual fee 100 euro per product notified must be paid each year. When the law from 01.01.25 will be affective, does all the companies who have notified the product, get the invoice with the correct sum of the products notified?
Will it be an e-mail invoice, that also foreign company like us could pay?
