The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and with reference to the Embassy’s Note 91/2023 dated October 23, 2023, has the honor to state the following:
Since the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents to which Estonia is also a party, has entered into force for China from November 7, 2023, in order to thcilitate the smooth processing of public documents with Estonian Apostilles, the esteemed Ministry is kindly requested to provide the samples of Estonian apostille, seal and signature of competent persons, as well as a brief introduction to the verification method and mechanism.
It is highly appreciated with early response.
The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Estonia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia the assurances of its highest consideration.
