Dear Mn Jako SALLA,
On behalf of the National Probation Inspectorate of the Republic of Moldova, I cordially greet
you and highly appreciate the good correction and resocialization practices of the Probation Service of
Estonia.
Thus, in the context of the study visit that will take place between November 12-14, 20D4 to
the Ministry of Justice and the Probation and Penitentiary Service in Tallinn, we respectfully intervene
with the proposal to conclude a memorandum of cooperation between the Probation Services in order
to initiate a partnership in electronic monitoring, probation programs, penitentiary probation, etc.
Therefore, we specify that we can elaborate and discuss the content of the memorandum after your
confirmation, and in the following period we can come up with a final project agreed by both parties,
until the end of October2024.
In the hope of a good collaboration in the future, we thank you in advance for your
responsiveness and promptness.
