Tootekirjeldus weber M100/600 müürisegu on ette nähtud kergkruus -, kerg- betoon- ja betoonplokkidest ning silikaatkividest ja tellistest müüride ladumiseks. weber M100/600 sobib ka välitingimustes oleva korstna ja kamina kere ladumiseks.
Kasutusala Kivimaterjalidest müüride ladumine sise- ja välistingimustes

Tea enne kasutamist Kivid ja plokid peavad olema puhtad. Enne müüritööde algust ja ladumise ajal tuleb kaitsta kõiki ehitiseosi, mida müüritööde ajal võidakse kahjustada.
Segamine Segumasin, trell ja vispel
Tööjuhised Müürtöödeks on parim tuulevaikne ja +10...+20°C kraadiga ilm. Võimaluse korral tuleks laotavat müüri kaitsta tugeva tuule ja intensiivse päikese eest. Kergplokkide ladumisel võiks müürisegu keskmine kihipaksus vuugis olla 15 mm, väikse- mate kivide (tellis) ladumisel soovitatavalt mitte vähem kui 10 mm. Õhemate vuukide korral võib plokkide või kivide rihtimne keeruliseks osutuda. Liiga paksu vuugiga (>20 mm) ladumisel võivad värskelt laotud kivid vajuma hakata, mistõttu müür ei pruugi jääda sile. Liiga niiskete (või märgade) ning kuuma- de ja kuivade kivide ladumisel võib mördi nake kiviga jääda nõrgaks. Müürikive ei tohi pärast nakkumist ja paikarihtimist enam liigutada. Müüri ajutised katkestused on soovitatav teha astmelised. Mördipritsmed tuleb eemaldada müüri pinnalt enne mördi tardumist.
Järelhooldus Värskelt laotud müüri kaitsta vihma ja muu ohustava niiskuse eest. Kuiva ja sooja ilmaga tuleb takistada müüri liiga kiiret kuivamist. Väga soojade ilmade ja intnesiivse päiksepaistega müüri ladudes on soovitatav müüri 2...3 päeva jooksul veega kergelt niisutada.

PENOSIL Premium FireRated Gunfoam B1 Professional fire protection foam with low post expansion for demanding users. Fire resistance is tested according to European standard EN 1366-4 and reaction to fire according to standard DIN 4102-1. Fire resistance is rated in accordance with EN 13501-2:2007. Packed in an aerosol can, can be used with a foam gun, moisture curing. Good resistance to moisture and mould. Fast curing. Great results at low temperatures. Cured foam is a good temperature and sound insulator. The foam has very good adhesion properties. Adheres well to most construction materials, except Teflon, polyethylene and silicone surfaces. After curing does not resist UV-radiation and needs to be covered.

Application conditions
Usage temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C, best results at +20 °C. Can temperature during application +10 °C to +25 °C, best results at +20 °C. The surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil. Moisten dry substrate to ensure better results. Cured foam can be painted with water-based paints.
Application instruction
Hold the foam can in upright position, turn the gun to the can by holding the gun handle with one hand, and turn the can with the other hand. Make sure that the gun is not pointed to other persons when turning it. The can must not be screwed to the gun with the valve upside down or by turning the gun on the can. After fixing the gun, shake the can well at least 20 times. The foam output can be adjusted by gun trigger. Substrate should be moistened as the foam expands due to the moisture. A moistened surface ensures better results. At low temperatures foam can must be warmed before work in warm room or water. Temperature of room or water must not exceed +30 °C.
Cleaning
Uncured foam can be cleaned from tools and surfaces with PENOSIL Premium Foam Cleaner. Cured foam can be removed mechanically after softening with PENOSIL Premium Foam Remover. Hands, clothes and foam gun can be cleaned from uncured foam with moistened PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes.

Storage
The cans must be stored and transported in vertical position. Store in a cool and dry place at +5 °C to +30 °C. The foam cans must not be stored above +50 °C, in vicinity of heat sources or in direct sun light. Guaranteed storage time in unopened package 12 months.

• The product is solvent free as specified in clause 2.4 of the “GEV Classification Criteria”, except if it is a surface treatment product. If the product is assigned to a GISCODE product group then this can be labelled.
• A safety data sheet (SDS) according to local law in its respectively valid version is issued for the product.
• Carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic substances of the categories 1A or 1B are not added during the manufacture of the product.
• The testing of the product is performed in accordance with the GEV Testing Method. VOC determination is performed in a test chamber followed by the Tenax / thermal desorption procedures with subsequent GC/MS analysis.

Kasutusulatus
Antud klassifikatsioon kehtib järgnevate lõpprakenduste korral:
1. On lubatud kasutada vertikaalses seinas ja vertikaalses vuugis. 2. Sein võib olla betoonist, vahtbetoonist, plokkidest, tellistest, kusjuures seina paksus on ≥ 100 ja
tihedus ≥ 550kg/m3. 3. Vuugi laiust on lubatud vähendada. 4. Vuugitäituvus on lubatud vastavalt eeltoodud tabelile. 5. Liikumisvõime ±7,5%.
Tähistus
Toode peab olema tähistatud. Tähistusel peab olema näidatud:
• tulepüsivusklass;
• sertifikaadi number;
• sertifikaadi väljaandja nimi;
• tootja nimi;
• valmistamise aasta;
• toote identifikatsiooni number.

Kasutusala Kasutada ainult lahjendatuna. Betoonpõrandate kruntimiseks enne tasandussegude pealekandmist, puitlaast- ja puitkiudplaatidest põrandate kruntimiseks enne põrandakatte (N: linoleum) liimimist või plaatimist. Nõrkade mineraalpindade (betoon, tellis, kivi, pahtel, krohv jt) kruntimiseks enne viimistlusmaterjalidega katmist. Sisetöödeks.
Töödeldavad pinnad Betoon, gaasbetoon, kivi, polümerkrohv, mineraalkrohv, pahtel, tsement, telliskivi, kipsplaat, puitkiudplaat, puitlaastplaat jt. Võib kasutada värske betooni kruntimiseks ( vähem kui 30 päeva vana)
Kvaliteedi standardid LOÜ (lenduvad orgaanilised ühendid) – sisaldused on vastavuses EL direktiiviga 2004/42/EÜ toodete ja teenuste kvaliteet on tagatud ISO 9001 standardile vastava kvaliteedijuhtimise
süsteemiga.
Tehnilised omadused
Pinna ettevalmistus Töödeldav pind peab olema kuiv, puhastatud tolmust, rasvast jm. mustusest ning kooruvatest elementidest. Varem värvitud pinnad puhastada vanast kooruvast värvist, karestada ja loputada veega. Hallituse või samblaga kaetud pinnad mehaaniliselt puhastada ja töödelda vahenditega Biotol E või Biotol Spray, loputada veega ja lasta kuivada. Pahteldatud ja krohvitud pinnad peavad olema enne töötlemist täielikult kuivanud.
Töötlemine Vahendit lahjendada veega. Pärast lahjendamist tuleb saadud lahus hoolikalt läbi segada. Aluspinna ja õhutemperatuur tööde tegemisel ei tohi olla alla +5°С ja üle +30°С. Kanda pinnale 1 kiht pintsli, pihusti või rulliga. Väga imavad pinnad tuleb töödelda „märg märjale“ meetodil kuni küllastumiseni. Peale kuivamist ei tohi krunt tekitada pinnale läikivat kilet.
Värvus Piimjasvalge, kuivanuna läbipaistev
Lahjendamine Toodet kasutada ainult lahjendatuna. Lahjendada veega 1:5....1:10 (1 osa vahendit : 5 osa vett)
Kulu Lahjendatud krundi kulu sõltub pinna imavusest: vähese imavusega pinnad (kivi, kipsplaat jne) - 10 m²/L keskmise imavusega pinnad (krohv, betoon, tellis, puitkiudplaat ja puitlaastplaat jne) - 6-8 m²/L suure imavusega pinnad (gaasbetoon, jne) - 3-4 m²/L

Kuivamisaeg 2-6 tundi temperatuuril 20ºC ning suhtelisel õhuniiskusel 65%. Madalamal temperatuuril ja suurema õhuniiskuse korral kuivamisaeg pikeneb. Pinna edasiseks töötluseks peab ootama täieliku kuivamiseni.

Hoiustamine Säilitada ja transportida kindlalt suletud originaalpakendis temperatuuril +5°С kuni +30°C. Hoida külma ja otsese päikesekiirguse eest.
Ohutusnõuded Toodet ei ole klassifitseeritud ohtlikuks kooskõlas CLP-määrusega (EÜ) nr 1272/2008. Hoida lastele kättesaamatus kohas. Töötamisel järgida tööohutusnõudeid. Ennetava meetmena on soovitatav kasutada tavalisi isikukaitsevahendeid, millel on CE-märgis, vastavalt direktiivile 89/686/EÜ.
Jäätmekäitlus ja keskkonnakaitse
Värvitooteid tuleb alati käsitleda ettevaatlikult. Mitte valada kanalisatsiooni, vältida sattumist keskkonda. Vältida või minimaliseerida jääkide tekkimist. Kasutamata toode on tavajääde, kuid ei sobi tavajäätmete hulka ja nõuab erikäitlust, vedelad jäägid tuleb üle anda selle käitlemiseks keskkonnaluba omavale jäätmekäitlejale(jäätmekäitluskood 08 01 12, värvi ja lakijäätmed mida ei ole nimetatud koondnumbriga 08 01 11). Teavet jäätmekäitlejate kohta annab kohalik omavalitsus või Keskkonnaamet. Kuivanud jäägid võib suunata üldkasutatavale prügimäele. Tühi, kuiv pakend viia taaskasutamiseks pakendijäätmete kogumispunkti (Jäätmekood 15 01). Suuremate koguste puhul võtta ühendust Eesti Taaskasutusorganisatsioon MTÜ, [email protected]

Kvaliteedi standardid LOÜ (lenduvad orgaanilised ühendid) – sisaldused on vastavuses EL direktiiviga 2004/42/EÜ toodete ja teenuste kvaliteet on tagatud ISO 9001 standardile vastava kvaliteedijuhtimise
süsteemiga.
Tehnilised omadused
Pinna ettevalmistus Töödeldav pind peab olema kuiv, puhastatud tolmust, rasvast jm. mustusest ning kooruvatest elementidest. Varem värvitud pinnad puhastada vanast kooruvast värvist, karestada ja loputada veega. Hallituse või samblaga kaetud pinnad mehaaniliselt puhastada ja töödelda vahenditega Biotol E või Biotol Spray, loputada veega ja lasta kuivada. Pahteldatud ja krohvitud pinnad peavad olema enne töötlemist täielikult kuivanud.
Töötlemine Vahendit lahjendada veega. Pärast lahjendamist tuleb saadud lahus hoolikalt läbi segada. Aluspinna ja õhutemperatuur tööde tegemisel ei tohi olla alla +5°С ja üle +30°С. Kanda pinnale 1 kiht pintsli, pihusti või rulliga. Väga imavad pinnad tuleb töödelda „märg märjale“ meetodil kuni küllastumiseni. Peale kuivamist ei tohi krunt tekitada pinnale läikivat kilet.

Jäätmekäitlus ja keskkonnakaitse
Värvitooteid tuleb alati käsitleda ettevaatlikult. Mitte valada kanalisatsiooni, vältida sattumist keskkonda. Vältida või minimaliseerida jääkide tekkimist. Kasutamata toode on tavajääde, kuid ei sobi tavajäätmete hulka ja nõuab erikäitlust, vedelad jäägid tuleb üle anda selle käitlemiseks keskkonnaluba omavale jäätmekäitlejale(jäätmekäitluskood 08 01 12, värvi ja lakijäätmed mida ei ole nimetatud koondnumbriga 08 01 11). Teavet jäätmekäitlejate kohta annab kohalik omavalitsus või Keskkonnaamet. Kuivanud jäägid võib suunata üldkasutatavale prügimäele. 3.1 Astro PFP Torusulguri otstarbekohane kasutussüsteemi eesmärgiks on taastada elastsete ja jäikade seina- ja põrandakonstruktsioonide tulekindlus kohtades, kus neisse on erinevate teenuste osutamise tõttu tehtud läbiviigud.
3.2 Astro PFP Torusulguri süsteemi poolt potentsiaalselt kasutust leidvad spetsiifilised konstruktsioonielemendid läbiviikude tihendamiseks on järgmised:
Elastsed seinad: Seina minimaalne paksus peab olema 100mm (välja arvatud juhul, kui ETA 19/0304 on sätestanud teisiti) ja sein peab sisaldama teraskarkassi, mis on mõlemalt küljelt vooderdatud vähemalt 2 kihi 12,5 paksuste kipstahvlitega.
Jäigad seinad: Seina minimaalne paksus peab olema 100mm (välja arvatud juhul, kui ETA 19/0304 on sätestanud teisiti) ja sein peab sisaldama betooni, poorbetooni või müüritist minimaalse tihedusega 650 kg/m3.
Jäigad põrandad: Põranda minimaalne paksus peab olema 150 mm ning see peab sisaldama poorbetooni või betooni minimaalse tihedusega 650 kg/ m3.
Tugikonstruktsioon peab olema liigitatud vastavalt EN 13501-2 nõutava tulekindlusperioodi jaoks.
3.3 Astro PFP Torusulguri süsteemi kasutatakse erinevate teenustega kaasneva läbiviigutihendina (täpsemaks kirjelduseks vt ETA 14/0249 Lisa A).
3.4 Euroopa tehnilise hinnangu (19/0304) kohaselt on Astro PFP Torusulguri eeldatavaks tööeaks sätestatud 10 aastat, kuid kui tootja poolt teabelehele kantud tingimused ja instruktsioonid pakendamiseks/ /transpordiks/säilitamiseks/ paigaldamiseks/kasutamiseks/ remontimiseks on täidetud, on Astro PFP Torusulguri eeldatav tööiga sisetingimustes hoituna ja UV-kiirguse ning niiskuse eest kaitstuna 30 aastat. Tööea kohta antud viiteid ei saa tõlgendada tootja poolse garantiina, need on mõeldud ainult nõuandena sobivate toodete valimiseks teostatud tööde eeldatava majanduslikult mõistliku tööea suhtes.
3.5 Tüüp Z2: mõeldud kasutamiseks sisetingimustes, kus õhuniiskusklass ei ole Z1, välja arvatud temperatuurid alla 0°C.

I. SPECIFIC PARTS OF THE EUROPEAN TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
1 Technical description of the product
1) Astro PFP Pipe Closer is a pipe closure device used to form penetration seals where combustible pipes,
cables and metal pipes with insulation penetrate walls and floors. 2) The Astro PFP Pipe Closer is supplied with intumescent liner complete within metal steel shell, to be
clamped around the service and screw fixed back to the supporting element. The Astro PFP Pipe Closer may be supplied with powder coated steel or stainless steel shells.
3) In flexible walls, gaps between the pipe and the construction below 8mm must have a bead of Astro PFP
Astro PFP FR Acrylic to cover the opening, and for gaps 8mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 25mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic. In rigid walls, gaps between the pipe and the construction below 8mm must have a bead of Astro PFP Astro PFP FR Acrylic to cover the opening, and for gaps 8mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 20mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic on 20mm deep backing of stonewool.
In floors, gaps between the pipe and the construction below 10mm must have 20mm deep stonewool to plug the opening, and for gaps 10mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 10mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic on 40mm deep backing of stonewool. For closers installed on top side of floors, gaps between the pipe and the top side of the closer must have a bead of Astro PFP Astro PFP FR Acrylic to cover the opening. Astro PFP Pipe Closer are oversized to allow for the natural gradient of pipework for flow purposes and inconsistencies of pipe installation.
4) The applicant has submitted a written declaration that the product and/or constituents of the product
contains no substances which have been classified as dangerous according to Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 and listed in the ‘indicative list on dangerous substances’ of the EGDS – taking into account the installation conditions of the construction product and the release scenarios resulting from there.
In addition to the specific clauses relating to dangerous substances contained in this European Technical Assessment, there may be other requirements applicable to the products falling within its scope (e.g. transposed European legislation and national laws, regulations and administrative provisions). In order to meet the provisions of the Construction Products Regulation, these requirements need also to be complied with, when and where they apply.
5) The use category of Astro PFP Pipe Closer in relation to BWR 3 (Hygiene, health and environment) is IA1,

Detailed information and data is given in Annex A. The intended use of system Astro PFP Pipe Closer is to reinstate the fire resistance performance of flexible wall and rigid wall and floor constructions, where they are penetrated by services.

1) The specific elements of construction that the system Astro PFP Pipe Closer may be used to provide a penetration seal in, are as follows:
Flexible walls: The wall must have a minimum thickness of 100 mm and comprise steel studs
lined on both faces with minimum 2 layers of 12.5 mm thick boards. Rigid walls: The wall must have a minimum thickness of 100 mm and comprise concrete,
aerated concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 650 kg/m3. Rigid floors: The floor must have a minimum thickness of 150 mm and comprise aerated
concrete or concrete with a minimum density of 650 kg/m3.
The supporting construction must be classified in accordance with EN 13501-2 for the required fire resistance period.
2) The system Astro PFP Pipe Closer may be used to provide a penetration seal with specific supporting
constructions and substrates (for details see Annex A).
3) The provisions made in this European Technical Assessment are based on an assumed working life of the Astro PFP Pipe Closer of 30 years, provided that the conditions laid down in the manufacturers datasheet and instructions for the packaging/transport/storage/installation/ use/repair are met. The indications given on the working life cannot be interpreted as a guarantee given by the producer, but are to be regarded only as a means for choosing the right products in relation to the expected economically reasonable working life of the works.
4) Type Z2: intended for use at internal conditions with humidity classes other than Z1, excluding
temperatures below 0°C.

Tasks of the manufacturer:
Factory production control
The manufacturer shall exercise permanent internal control of production. All the elements, requirements
and provisions adopted by the manufacturer shall be documented in a systematic manner in the form of
written policies and procedures, including records of results performed. This production control system
shall ensure that the product is in conformity with this European Technical Assessment.
The manufacturer may only use initial / raw / constituent materials stated in the technical documentation
of this European Technical Assessment.
The factory production control shall be in accordance with the Control Plan of 5th June 2017 relating to the
European Technical Assessment ETA 19/0304 issued on 14/06/19 which is part of the technical
documentation of this European Technical Assessment. The "Control Plan" is laid down in the context of
the factory production control system operated by the manufacturer and deposited at UL International
(UK) Ltd.
The results of factory production control shall be recorded and evaluated in accordance with the provisions
of the Control Plan.

General Product Description
Astro PFP Pipe Closer are designed to maintain the fire resistance of fire rated walls and floors, where these are breached by service penetrations and may be used in drywalls, masonry or concrete walls and floors.
Each closer consists of a red coated circular steel shell that splits in two to fit around the service penetrations by means of a simple ’slidelock’ system. The steel shell contains a graphite based reactive material which reacts when exposed to heat from fire, closing the openings left by the softening combustible material.
General Guide
Minimum separations and limitations: Services can be sealed as specified in the detailed drawings. Services within the Astro PFP Pipe Closer systems do not require a minimum separation, and only requires sufficient space or separation to securely fit the closers onto the substrate.
Supporting constructions: Flexible walls must have a minimum thickness of 100mm and comprise steel studs or timber studs*) lined on both faces with minimum 2 layers of 12.5 mm thick boards. Rigid walls must have a minimum thickness of 100 mm and comprise concrete, aerated concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 650 kg/m3. Rigid floors must have a minimum thickness of 150 mm and comprise aerated concrete or concrete with a minimum density of 650 kg/m3. The supporting construction must be classified in accordance with EN 13501-2 for the required fire resistance period.
*) Timber studs: no part of the penetration seal may be closer than 100 mm to a stud, and minimum 100 mm of insulation of class A1 or A2 according to EN 13501-1 must be provided within the cavity between the penetration seal and the stud.
Installation
1. For sealing service penetrations in floors, a single closer is installed on the top or underside of the floor, and for flexible and solid walls, a closer is installed on both sides of the wall, in accordance to the detailed drawings on pages 2 to 18.
2. Before fitting the closer ensure that any gaps between the service penetrations and the separating element are sealed as follows:
In drywalls, gaps between the services and the construction below 8mm must have a bead of Astro PFP FR Acrylic to cover the opening, and for gaps 8mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 25mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic.
In masonry or concrete walls, gaps between the services and the construction below 8mm must have a bead of Astro PFP FR Acrylic to cover the opening, and for gaps 8mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 20mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic on 20mm deep backing of stonewool.
In floors, gaps between the services and the construction below 10mm must have 20mm deep stonewool to plug the opening, and for gaps 10mm or above, the seal must be plugged with 10mm deep Astro PFP FR Acrylic on 40mm deep backing of stonewool.

3. Place a closer around the service penetrations and ensure that the closer shell and fixing lugs are positioned tightly to the surface of the wall, or the floor, so that the anchors/fixings can be inserted fully.
4. Where the surface is uneven, apply a sealing bead of PFP FR Acrylic between the wall/floor and the closer shell.
5. Attach the closer with steel screws, anchors or bolts that are suitable for the substrate that the closer will be fitted to. For drywalls use ≥ Ø4mm drywall or wood screws with a length suitable for the number of boards that form the wall. Please note that some drywall applications require M5 drywall anchors. For concrete or masonry walls and floors, use ≥ Ø4 x 40mm long masonry screws or expansion bolts.
6. On site where the penetration size is greater than a plastic pipe diameter and/or a pipe is at an angle an oversized closer can be used. Astro PFP Pipe Closer are tested ‘oversize’, i.e. the internal diameter of the closer can be larger than a pipe. Any gaps between a pipe and a construction should not in any case exceed 55mm width.

Astro Intu Mastic is a water based acrylic sealant used to reinstate the fire resistance of wall and floor constructions in linear joints and where apertures are penetrated by multiple services. Astro Intu Mastic Fire Resistant Sealant has been developed utilising specialist polymer technologies allowing it to be tested and Certified to internationally recognised standards, including, Certifire, CE marking and UL Listings. Installation
All interested parties, designer, specifier, main contractor and specialist installers should provide access to allow the fire stopping seals to be regularly inspected and maintained, as well as records kept of such maintenance at minimum periods of 12 months, as required by the Regulatory Reform Order, and repaired if necessary. Reference should be made to ASFP TGD 17 – Code of Practice for the Installation and Inspection of Fire Stopping.
Maintenance
It is vital that those entrusted to design or install a fire stopping product have the necessary levels of competence to undertake the task professionally and thoroughly. The level of competency required will be commensurate with the expected complexity of the building. All designers must eliminate, reduce or control foreseeable risks that may arise during installation, construction or maintenance when preparing or modifying designs. Clients should ensure that the principal designer and principal contractor carry out their duties under CDM regulations. The ASFP foundation course in passive fire protection provides essential knowledge as part of demonstrating competency and understanding in this key fire protection specialism.

Holz Profi kasutatakse eramute, tootmis-, ühiskondlike hoonete puitelementide (fassaadid, terrassid, katused jne)
tulekaitseks sise- ja välistingimustes. Euroklass B-s1, d0 (EN 13501-1), Euroklass B(fl)-s1 ja K110, K210 (EN 13501-
2). Nordtest Method NT FIRE 053 (ISO 5660), NT FIRE 054, NT Build 504 - katsed kasutamiseks sise- ja
välistingimustes. Puidukaitsevahend toimib nii põlemise kui süttimise vastu ning sobib leht- ja okaspuidu töötluseks
sise- ja välistingimustes.
NB! Toodet ei kasutata pindadel, mis on juba kaetud värnitsa, laki, värvi või muu hüdrofoobse ainega.
EELISED
Holz Prof on sügavimbuv ja seondub keemiliselt puiduga, tagades selle efektiivse ja pikaajalise kaitse. Toode muudab
puidu raskestipõlevaks ja -süttivaks ning suurendab töödeldud puidu tugevusnäitajaid. Holz Prof tagab topeltkaitset
puidu nii tule kui ka ilmastiku mõju eest. Toode säilitab puidu tekstuuri ega takista õhutsirkulatsiooni. Ei mõjuta puidu
liimimise ega hilisema värvimise võimalusi. Holz Prof on tule- ja plahvatuskindel, värvitu, ei sisalda lenduvaid aineid.
KASUTUSVIIS
Holz Prof kantakse mustusest, tolmust, puukoorest jm puhastatud pinnale. Töödeldava puidu niiskus ei tohi ületada
20% puidu massist. Hea ja ühtlase imbumiseks puitu reagendi (Holz Prof) temperatuur peab olema +15°C...+25°C.
Pinnale kantud kiht tuleb kuivatada õhutemperatuuril vahemikus +12°C...+40°C maksimaalse õhuniiskusega 75%.
Sellistel tingimustel kuivamisaeg on 1–3 ööpäeva, kuid võib olla rohkem sõltuvalt õhutemperatuurist ja -niiskusest,
puidutüübist ja viimistlusviisist. Toode on puiduga lõplikult seondunud 7 ööpäeva möödudes. Immutatud ja
kuivatatud pinda võib värvida või katta teiste dekoratiivvahenditega.
NB! Peale immutamist ei tohi puidu pinda mehaaniliselt töödelda. Mitte töödelda jäätunud puitu! Mitte segada teiste
vahenditega! Enne kasutamist hoolikalt segada! (Toote põhja tekkiv sade ei mõjuta toote kvaliteeti).
Immutatud Holz Prof'ga puitkonstruktsioonide paigaldusega seotud küsimuste korral (õhuvahed jne), palume
pöörduda tootja poole.
KULU
Pintsli ja/või rulli abil kantakse puitmaterjali pinnale 2–3 kihti 40–60minutiliste intervallidega, normeeritud
summaarse kuluga 300 g/m2 (270 ml/m2) kohta. Immutussügavus peab olema 1,5–3,0 mm. Puitu peab töötlema
kõikidel külgedel.
Vannis/vaakumis immutamisel on kulu samuti 300 g/m2 (270 ml/m2) kohta, mis tagab immutussügavuse
1,5–3,0 mm.
SÄILITAMINE
Holz Profi tuleb säilitada ja transportida hermeetiliselt suletud originaalpakendis ja toidukaupadest eraldi. Toote
säilitustemperatuur ei tohi olla alla -5°C. Säilimisaeg on 24 kuud.
