Margo Klaos, Kindly inform You that on the 12th of September, Lithuanian fire safety association NGSA in cooperation with Estonian and Latvian colleagues organises the 4th Baltic Fire Safety technology Forum, which will be held in Starptautiskais izstāžu centrs, Riga-Expo. This forum hosts conference and trade fair under one roof. We organise two different seminars at the same time: one for raising qualification of firefighters, other for fire prevention specialists. Fire&Rescue seminar is meant to show improvement in tactical fire ventilation, fighting fires while using different water applying tactics, designing special training drills and lots of other features. FirePrevention conference will host known fire engineering specialists from Poland, Italy, Finland and other countries. Topics on using CFD models for correct modelling of fires, smoke and evacuation, EuroCode calculations on concrete and steel construction fire resistance, smoke ventilation innovations shall be also discussed. We assure You that this forum will exceed Your expectations and give You or Your subordinates newest perspectives about fire prevention and fire fighting techniques. Every presentation shall be provided in English, with translation to Latvian, so that everyone could understand lecturers. Forum shall provide space for sponsors and exhibitors. The area shall be divided for Fire&Rescue gear and Active/Passive fire safety systems for buildings. Fire&Rescue gear show will be hosting not only fire engines, but also the newest training drill for technical and chemical rescue. You will find lots of manufacturers present their products and systems for effective firefighting, technical, water/flood and chemical rescue operations. This year we also host tactical instructors from Poland who will also will hold practical trainings for firefighters. FirePrevention trade fair area shall host manufacturers of sprinklers, water-mist, smoke exhaust, passive safety systems, like firestopping, fire dampers, fire resistant ducts, doors, curtains, wall systems and safe facade systems.

We kindly invite You and Your subordinates to participate in this event. Please share this message also with Your colleagues. We expect lots of firefighters, inspectors, fire engineers, architects from all three Baltic states to visit Fire Forum. The representatives from France, Poland and Ukraine fire departments are coming. France operatives will present the usage of robotics during Notre Dame cathedral fire and Ukrainian delegation will provide with insights from rescue works during bombing and shellinf, as well as recuing people from debries and demining works. We hope this event will create a well prepared platform to increase the qualification of firefighters, young officers, engineers and many more specialists related with fire safety. It will create a platform where departments can check and test newest gears or PPE for firefighters in one place once a year. It will also show the importance of fire safety and protection for societies of all three Baltic states. Please let us know if You or Your colleagues are willing to show leadership by making a greeting speech and/or a presentation on recent fires or problem/solutions topic. Dear Colleagues, Please find attached official invitation to the biggest fire event in region - Baltic Fire Forum 2024. It's the 4 th edition of this event and this time it will be organized in Riga, Latvia on the 12 th of September, 2024.

The Forum is combination of commerce and education, theoretical presentations and practice afterwards.
