REFERENCE: Memorandum of Cooperation, signed on 9 October 2023.

1. As per reference, I would like to invite you to the OPFOR Symposium to be held at the General Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania (MAL) on 03- 05 December 2024.

2. The aim of the Symposium is to discuss opposing force structures, tactics and use enablers from tactical to operational level.

3. Please consider nominating up to three contributors and/or attendees from your military academy based on the area of OPFOR. The topics will be provided later.

4. The final programme of the Symposium will be sent before 12 September 2024.

5. English language shall be the language of communication.

6. Please save the date and provide with the POC on this matter and the list of your team of contributors before 02 September 2024.
