“Regulations of the Emergency Medical Service” and on the basis of order No 13- 04/613 of the Ministry of Health of 08 November 2022 on the “Extension of the term

of office Liene Cipule”,

In consideration of the covenants and agreements contained in Co-operation Agreement on requesting and providing mutual aid for ambulance assistance in border

area (Co-operation agreement), the ERC, the EHB and the SEMS as Competent authorities (hereinafter the Party or the Parties), in accordance with point 5.1 of the Co-operation agreement, the following Agreement shall be concluded (hereinafter

referred to as the Agreement), and the Co-operation agreement shall be amended as follows:

1. Point 1.5 of the Co-operation agreement shall be worded as follow:

“1.5. Contact Centre for the ERC is the South Estonian Regional Emergency Response Centre, address Jaama 207, Tartu 50705, phone +372 629 2412, e- mail: [email protected]. In case of managerial problems: Operative manager

of Estonian Emergency Response Centre; phone +372 5886 1127, e-mail [email protected].”

2. Add point 1.7 to the Co-operation agreement as follows: “1.7. The Parties shall inform each other in writing within 1 (one) working day of changes to the properties of the Parties (telephone number, e-mail address,

address, etc.), by sending the information to the other Party`s e-mail: [email protected] or e-mail: [email protected] ;

3. Reformulate “Annex 2” with the integrated text in Lithuanian concerning the refusal of the patient to inspect/assist/transport and their possible consequences for health and life (Agreement Annex 1).

4. The Agreement comes into force after it has been signed by all Parties and is an integral part of the Co-operation agreement.

5. All other terms and conditions of the Co-operation agreement remain unchanged.

6. The Agreement is drawn up on 2 (two) pages and signed in three original copes each in Latvian, Estonian and English languages with 1 (one) Annexe. “Annex 2” is drawn up in English. All texts being equally authentic. In case of

any divergence of interpretation, the English text shall prevail. Agreement signed digitally.

Koostöökokkuleppe nr HK 1.-4/23KL-1 muudatusettepanek

Seoses lepinguga nr HK 1.-4/23KL-1 „Koostöökokkulepe vastastikuse abi taotlemise ja andmise kohta kiirabi osutamiseks piirialal“ annab Häirekeskus teada, et on muutunud kontaktandmed, mis on vajalik lepingus täpsustada.

Häirekeskuse kontaktid: Häirekeskuse Lõuna Keskus, aadress

Jaama 207, Tartu 50705, telefon +372 629 2412. Juhtimisprobleemide korral: Eesti Häirekeskuse operatiivjuht; telefon + 372 629 187, e-post [email protected].

Häirekeskuse hinnangul vajaksid muutmist ka järgnevad aspektid:

Lepingu p 5.1. räägib Lõuna-Eesti Regionaalsest Häirekeskusest - sellist struktuuriüksust ega asutust ei ole olemas. Häirekeskuse põhimääruse järgi on struktuuriüksus Lõuna keskus.

Samuti palume avada lühendit ERC (Emergency Response Centre), mis on rahvusvaheline ja käesoleva lepingu vaates peaks olema kohe Eesti Vabariigi Häirekeskuse järel.

Lisame ka kirja koos lisadega, mille oleme saanud ja kus soovib muudatusi ka kolmas osapool.

1.decembra sadarbības līguma par neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības pieprasīšanu

un savstarpēju palīdzības sniegšanu pierobežas teritorijā (turpmāk – Līgums) 5.1.

punktam noslēdz šādu vienošanos (turpmāk – Vienošanās), un vienojas veikt Līgumā

šādus grozījumus:

1. izteikt Līguma 1.5. punktu šādā redakcijā:

“1.5. ERC Kontaktu centrs ir Dienvidigaunijas reģionālais Ārkārtas

reaģēšanas centrs, adrese: Jaama 207, Tartu 50705, tālrunis +372 629 2412,

e-pasts: [email protected]. Kontaktinformācija vadības problēmu gadījumā:

Igaunijas Ārkārtas reaģēšanas centra operatīvais vadītājs; tālrunis +372 5886

1127, e-pasts: [email protected].”

2. papildināt Līgumu ar 1.7. punktu šādā redakcijā: “1.7. Puses 1 (vienas) darba dienas laikā rakstveidā informē viena otru par izmaiņām Pušu rekvizītos (tālruņa numurs, elektroniskā pasta adrese, adrese,

u.c.), nosūtot informāciju uz otras Puses e-pastu: [email protected] vai e-pastu: [email protected];

3. izteikt Līguma 2. pielikumu “Annex 2” jaunā redakcijā ar integrēto tekstu

lietuviešu valodā par pacienta atteikumu no

apskates/palīdzības/transportēšanas un par to iespējamām sekām veselībai un dzīvībai (Vienošanās 1.pielikums).

4. Vienošanās stājas spēkā ar tās parakstīšanas brīdi un ir Līguma neatņemama sastāvdaļa.

5. Visi pārējie Līguma noteikumi un nosacījumi paliek bez izmaiņām. 6. Vienošanās ir sagatavota uz 2 (divām) lapām 3 (trīs) eksemplāros latviešu,

igauņu un angļu valodās ar 1 (vienu) pielikumu. Vienošanas pielikums “Annex

2” sagatavots angļu valodā. Visiem eksemplāriem ir vienāds juridiskais spēks. Atšķirīgas interpretācijas gadījumā, par pamatu ņemams eksemplārs angļu

valodā. Vienošanās parakstīta elektroniski.

2. papildināt Līgumu ar 1.7. punktu šādā redakcijā: “1.7. Puses 1 (vienas) darba dienas laikā rakstveidā informē viena otru par izmaiņām Pušu rekvizītos (tālruņa numurs, elektroniskā pasta adrese, adrese,

u.c.), nosūtot informāciju uz otras Puses e-pastu: [email protected] vai e-pastu: [email protected];

3. izteikt Līguma 2. pielikumu “Annex 2” jaunā redakcijā ar integrēto tekstu

lietuviešu valodā par pacienta atteikumu no

apskates/palīdzības/transportēšanas un par to iespējamām sekām veselībai un dzīvībai (Vienošanās 1.pielikums).

4. Vienošanās stājas spēkā ar tās parakstīšanas brīdi un ir Līguma neatņemama sastāvdaļa.

5. Visi pārējie Līguma noteikumi un nosacījumi paliek bez izmaiņām. 6. Vienošanās ir sagatavota uz 2 (divām) lapām 3 (trīs) eksemplāros latviešu,

igauņu un angļu valodās ar 1 (vienu) pielikumu. Vienošanas pielikums “Annex

2” sagatavots angļu valodā. Visiem eksemplāriem ir vienāds juridiskais spēks. Atšķirīgas interpretācijas gadījumā, par pamatu ņemams eksemplārs angļu

valodā. Vienošanās parakstīta elektroniski.
