«International Fund for the Accreditation of Foreign Applicants in Universities of Ukraine»
Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Estonia Dear Sirs!
We are an international charity foundation (location, Bulgaria,
Nessebar, Sunny Beach), we help Ukrainian, Palestinian, Syrian refugees to
temporarily settle in Bulgaria.
The hotels we work with accommodate about 1,000 people, there
are about 80,000 Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria.
As the political situation in Europe and the war in Ukraine show,
which NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg openly spoke about at a meeting
with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky,stating that Europe and NATO
must be prepared for the war to drag on for ten years.
People need to somehow survive all these long years.
There is a catastrophic shortage of jobs in Bulgaria.
Our appeal to you is the following - to open here your subsidiary
or branch. To produce the same products that you are currently producing.
Perhaps, to produce other products that are more in demand. We are not talking
only about the sewing industry, the enterprise may also be from another sphere
of production of goods, from the number of refugees that exists today and may
still increase, we do not see any problems with the selection of personnel.
Even a production workshop for 30-50 jobs will be a big step forward in
providing people with jobs. This will be a pilot project in such a very necessary
matter, to which, perhaps, we hope, others will also join.
We are ready for a more detailed and specific discussion of the proposal.

Under the agreement, the fund is ready to take on the processing of all necessary permits, certificates,
licenses, personnel issues, selection of office and production premises, as well as the sale of
manufactured products.
