;;3.:l: i:: 1. The Academy of European Law (based in D-54295 Trier, Metzer Allee 4, duly

represented by Viktor Vadäsz, Deputy Director, hereinafter referred to as ERA) and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Estonia (based in Estonia, 15188 Tallinn, Wismari 7, duly represented by !ndrek.f.jbar, hereinafter referred to as beneficiary) have signed a Grant Agreement with the European Union to implement the Project Nr. 101137949 'EU-BALTIC' as part of a consortium. The project shall be implemented between March 2024 and February 2026. ln the project consortium ERA is a coordinator and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Estonia is a beneficiary.

2. The project consortium undertakes the responsibility to implement the following training event in Tallinn, scheduled on 30 September - 2 October 2024:

'Advanced Training in EU Law for Judges and Prosecutors' - training for 51 participants (16local and 35 from abroad)

3. Regarding the event described under 2.and in accordance with the budget of the Grant Agreement, the following costs are allocated to ERA and the beneficiary:

4. Both parties agree to allocate internally the direct costs for the event as the following.

5. ERA undertakes to prefinance the implementation of the event described under 2.

by transferring the following amount to the beneficiary before implementation of the event:

6. lf the event is not implemented, the prefinanced amount shall be transferred back to ERA without delay. lf the event is partly implemented, the prefinanced amount shall remain with the beneficiary and the parties will settle the difference in the post-financing.

7. Post-financing shall take place after the implementation of the event, when all the invoices have been received. ln post-financing the parties agree to calculate with the following internal costs for the event:

8. lf in the final financial reporting the European Commission reduces the project- financing the beneficiary undertakes to pay back the proportionate amount that was financed or prefinanced by ERA.
