Thanks to all of you who already informed us about your participation in workshops and hands-on trainings on Epipulse for SoHO net via the survey.

For those of you who did not yet register, this is a kind reminder to register via this link to be able to attend. The deadline is set on Monday, 2 September 2024, EOB.

EpiPulse is the main communication platform for the ECDC networks, and we encourage you to participate in the training and workshop. This will allow you to fully engage with the information, communicate effectively, collaborate, and share experiences between countries.

To prepare for the training, we need to know who and how many will join us for the different sessions.

Dear Network Members,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the workshop and hands-on training on EpiPulse.

To plan the training sessions and workshops, we need to know how many participants will attend each session. We kindly ask you to inform us about your participation by filling out this survey. We need your replies by 2 September EOB.

You only need to attend one hands-on training session. The workshops are specific to each group, and several workshops may be relevant if you are an NFP or alternate for more than one group.

Please note that the session originally planned for 4 October has been moved to 11 October, 14:00-15:00 CEST.

Here are the planned dates and times:

18 September:

• 9:30-10:10: EpiPulse hands-on training

• 10:10-10:55: Workshop – Information to be shared by the SoHO-Net MAR group in EpiPulse.

30 September:

• 9:30-10:10: EpiPulse hands-on training

• 10:10-10:55: Workshop – Information to be shared by the SoHO-Net Blood group in EpiPulse.

3 October:

• 14:00-14:40:  EpiPulse hands-on training

• 14:40-15:25: Workshop – Information to be shared by the SoHO-Net Tissues and Cells group in EpiPulse.

11 October, the Organs group:

• 14:00-15:00: EpiPulse hands-on training and follow-up discussion from the EpiPulse workshop at the SoHO-Net Organs meeting.

You only need to attend one hands-on training session. The workshops are specific to each group, and several workshops may be relevant if you are an NFP or alternate for more than one group.
