Dear customer,

Following the feedback received from several local partners/distributors, the regional Baxter/Vantive team has decided that a follow-up communication should be sent to all distributors with the below list of questions. These questions will help us better understand all the information and documents needed by you to set-up Vantive as your new supplier in your systems and ensure business readiness on November 1st 2024.

Please reply back to this email answering below questions –

1.            Have you identified any risks with using the Baxter logo on labels while all documents display the new entity?

2.           Have you identified any risks associated with mentioning both Baxter and Vantive on various documents such as packing lists, invoices, and labels during the transition period?
