We are writing you on behalf of the National Trade Register Office of Romania in order to ask for information on the following:
In your jurisdictions, is there the possibility of registration
of a company that has as partners/associates minors (16-18 years
old) who have restricted capacity of exercise. If yes, which are
the procedures and the conditions on this issue and also which are
the rights and the obligations on the minor's protection level.
We kindly ask you to help us with the excerpt of the normative
act on the issue mentioned above.
An answer until 10th of September, 2024 would be very much
appreciated!
