Thank you for your inquiry.

According to Annex II of REACH regulation in SDS point 1.4 should be the contact details of poison information centre (an official advisory body) in the Member State where the substance or mixture for which the SDS is compiled is placed on the market.

In the Guidance on the compilation of safety data sheets by ECHA it states the following: In any case it should be confirmed with the relevant body that its number can be given and whether any conditions apply.

We don’t have any objections if poison centre (official advisory body) telephone number is used in all cases when safety datasheet is needed.

I would like to inquire about the usage of the Estonian emergency number 16662 on our SDSs.

Is it sufficient if we have done the PCN notification through ECHA or are there more obligations before we can list the emergency number?
