Lugupeetud koostööpartner Teavitame Teid Inspecta Estonia OÜ (registrikood 10543517) ja Metrex Mõõtekeskus Osaühing (registrikood 10644193) ühinemisest, mille tulemusena läksid kõik Metrex Mõõtekeskus Osaühing õigused ja kohustused üle Inspecta Estonia OÜ-le. Ühingute ühinemine kanti äriregistrisse 09.09.2024. Eelneva tõttu muutub Teie jaoks vaid arve esitaja/saaja nimi, kelleks on nüüdsest Inspecta Estonia OÜ. Ülejäänud osas muudatusi lepingu täitmisel ei tehta ning koostöö jätkub samadel kokkulepitud tingimustel edasi. Dear Customer/Cooperation partner, We hereby notify you of the merger of Inspecta Estonia OÜ (registry code 10543517) ja Metrex Mõõtekeskus Osaühing (registry code 10644193) as a result of which all the rights and obligations of Metrex Mõõtekeskus Osaühing were transferred to Inspecta Estonia OÜ. The merger of the companies was entered in the Commercial Register on 09.09.2024. Due to the above, only the name of the invoice submitter/receiver will change for you, who from now on will be Inspecta Estonia OÜ. For the rest, no changes will be made in the performance of the agreement and cooperation will continue under the same conditions as agreed.
